We are actively seeking customer focused Call Center
Representatives to fill several positions at J Telemarketing. Qualified
candidates are encouraged to apply. The candidates with American or Canadian accents would be given priority. |

- Provide superior customer service at all times via phone.
- Communicate with customers in a courteous, professional, accurate and timely manner. - Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues within and outside the organization. - Provide feedback to management on any issues that affect customers. - Resolve customer issues and complete specific customer requests. - Customer service experience in an outbound customer service environment preferred but not required. - Ability to integrate with an existing team and thrive in a rapidly changing environment. - Excellent follow-up skills and ability to meet aggressive deadlines. - Strong oral/written communication skills. - Working knowledge of MS Office. - Must be reliable to fulfill shift.
