The SEO/SEM Web Strategist will be responsible for executing the Web Marketing strategy in support of revenue and growth goals for ORSYP. He/she will be responsible for execution of marketing plan elements related to SEO/SMO, Google Adwords, link building, website performance and social media across the company. He/she will work closely with the company business units to drive ROI-positive conversion strategies. The candidate will be goal-oriented, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have outstanding interpersonal skills. The SEO/SEM Web Strategist must have strong analytical skills along with the ability to look at metrics in a variety of ways to help find trends and actionable insights.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Strategize, manage and execute implementation of SEO/SEM/SMO/SMM campaigns
  • Work with marketing director to design, build, and coordinate a wide mix of digital marketing campaigns and activities: SEO, paid search campaigns, social networks, blogs, etc.
  • Develop high converting landing page and manage versioned landing page development to drive maximum conversion and ROI.
  • Work with the content team to optimize site content, find content gaps and strategically build internal and external links.
  • Manage and optimize ORSYP’s use of social media accounts including twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, ORSYP blog, YouTube, SlideShare, etc.
  • Develop, implement, manage and analyze new and alternative social media strategies using social media techniques and practices, and make recommendations for optimum visibility and traffic across the ORSYP corporate brand and products.
  • Monitor and provide traffic, conversion, & ranking analysis, competitive analysis and search behavior research
  • Assist in defining measurable success on a keyword level
  • Monitor and keep pace with the ever-changing world of search engines to ensure compliance with guidelines and algorithms, and maximize ORSYP’s presence.
  • Bachelor's Degree or related work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of integrated web marketing campaign experience
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Ability to establish clear priorities and bring projects to completion on time and within budget.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Word Press, Magento & Joomla experience is a plus
Skills Required:
Candidates with Google/Bing certifications will be given preference.
