Our client is an established block property management firm / managing agent based in North London.

They pride themselves on providing their leaseholders and freeholders alike with a first class, responsive, and value for money service.

They currently manage blocks and estates throughout North, North West London & Hertfordshire and their portfolio of property includes mansion buildings, converted period houses, and purpose‐built blocks

They require an experienced, competent office administrator / Property Administrator (Block) on a permanent full time basis working Monday to Friday 9.00-5.30 with 1 hour for lunch.

As an experienced Office Administrator / Property Administrator (Block) you will have excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office and Excel), a professional, friendly telephone manner, a fast accurate typing speed (audio and copy), good organisational skills (ensuring stationery remains well stocked etc.) and the ability to cope under pressure (lots of calls coming in at once, multiple messages to relay, post to distribute etc.)

The successful Office Administrator / Property Administrator (Block) will also be of immaculate professional appearance, have a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanour and the desire to forge a career long term.

Previous experience of working within a property environment is essential

Salary is negotiable but above current market rates (c£20 - 22k) on experience (and past commitment).
