Our client is a large independent residential block managing agent with regional offices covering the whole of the UK. 

As a group they oversee in excess of 60,000 flats within blocks and estates dealing with the full management cycle from new build handover to service charge collection, maintenance and major works.

As a result of new management instructions (a 20% increase in portfolio) they now have 5 new positions available working in their back office / accounts department from their head office in Hoddesdon. 

Processing Analyst 1: - The main duty for this position will be to invoice tenants as per the terms of their lease / apportionments (service charges, ground rents etc etc). Ideally you will already understand how to read a lease but this can be taught. A good finance background will be ideal for this position (although not essential) along with advanced skills in Excel. This role would also suit someone with a strong IT skillset. 

Processing Analyst 2: - This role will fall more along the legal route as you will be checking for payments and non payments from residents and referring cases of non payment to debt collectors. You will be required to prepare case packs and be able to defend cases if taken to court (LVT). A legal / accounts background is not required but would be beneficial. Strong admin / organisational skills are essential. 

Client Banking Analyst: - This role will heavily involve bank reconciliations and investigating / dealing with issues raised in the daily in-house reports. Ideally you will already have a strong background in bank reconciliations / accounts and strong IT skills. Another aspect to this role will be the setting up and processing of direct debits onto the in house system. This will involve keeping control of new debits being set up and dealing with any payments that come back as bounced. 

Contractor Dispute Analyst 1: - The main duty for this role will involve making sure all contractor accounts a settled and cleared down before the next years accounts go live. You will be required to liaise with various contractors on a daily basis to ensure the over / under payments are rectified swiftly. You will be required to investigate into and monitor payments made to contractors and ensure it falls in line with company policy. You will need to be highly organised and have a good working knowledge of Excel and possibly some accounts experience (although not essential)

Contractor Dispute Analyst 2: - This role will be working with the company's preferred electricity supplier. This will involve making sure all new properties being brought online are switched across in a timely manner and that all accounts are kept up to date / reconciled. You will liaise with property managers to reconcile accounts for set developments as per the property managers request to make sure the supply is in line with the yearly service charge budget. 

The successful candidates will have some (if not all) of the relevant experience outlined above and be within a reasonable commute of Hoddesdon

Package on offer for the successful candidate of each role is £18 - £25k dependant on experience and qualifications
