* Maintenance work in all outlets and Head office.
* Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address administration related complaints.
* Oversee and direct the renovation of offices.
* Make arrangements for new buildings or offices when required.
* Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks.
* Purchase of item by getting various quotations and selecting the best alternative.
* Keeping up to date record of all administration related tasks
